1. What we collect

We collect the information you provide when registering (name and email) and when using the platform: course progress, quiz attempts, code submissions, solutions you publish, orders and payment references, and technical logs (IP address, browser, device).

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate and secure the platform, deliver courses and certificates, process payments, evaluate code submissions, show leaderboards, and improve the product. We may send transactional emails about orders, enrollments, and certificates.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data it processes on its own behalf.

4. Code execution

Code you run in the practice arena is transmitted to third-party sandbox providers (for example Piston or Wandbox) purely for execution. Your solution code is visible only to you and platform moderators.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, email, payments, sandboxes) and when required by law.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and security cookies to protect against abuse. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can access and correct your profile data from account settings. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support at hello@thescriptly.in.
